Minutes

President Kelly Trefil called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Board Members Present : Beaudreau, Case, Hyde, Osborn, Trefil, Williams

Board Members Absent: Blair

President Kelly Trefil conducted the welcome and introduction of guests. Those in attendance were:

Approval of Agenda

Motion by Hyde, support by Williams that the agenda for the October 8^th, 2007 special meeting be approved as printed. Motion carried unanimously.

Communication to the Board

Written Communication - None

Comments and Concerns of Citizens Present - None

Fulton’s Annual Report to the Community

Each of the school administrators presented their section of the Annual Report to the community.

Adjournment

Motion by Hyde, support by Williams that the October special meeting of the Board of Education be adjourned at 7:28 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
