DYNAMIC PLAN

Strategic planning is a process used by many school districts to create a long term plan. The plan deals with growth, change, and above all else, it deals with student achievement. Fulton’s Dynamic Plan has been developed by a committee of staff members, parents, board members, administrators, community members and students. This plan is the result of a common purpose, to help positively impact student achievement.

On January 17^th, 2004, a thirty member planning team met for the first time. Their mission was to create a positive school improvement plan for the Fulton Schools. The resulting Dynamic Plan was presented to the Fulton Board of Education and adopted for implementation. As we progress through the next three years, Fulton Schools will strive to meet the goals that have been developed and continue to give our students the best possible education.
