*Call to Order*:  The meeting was called to order by Penny Bearden at 2:05 P.M.

*Attendance:*  Justin Barnaby, Holly Malek, Cheryl Laplander, Penny Bearden, Joy Heinlein

*Update on Tech. Plan: *Justin reported that the primary changes to the Tech. Plan involved the Time Line and Budget.  Some incidental information, such as contact persons, was also updated.

*District Update* :

The Fulton School District saw some additions/changes to our technology over the summer.

Additional surveillance cameras were installed.

The Business Lab. has 6 new Dell computers and Microsoft Office '07.

Latchkey has two computers and a printer.

There is a computer in the music room in the Elementary School.

A printer and computer are available in Rm. 12, an unoccupied room in the Elementary.

*E-Mail Policy:* The staff has been updated about  the appropriate use of e-mail.

*Concerns :* Cheryl 's e-mail contains too much  "junk".  Justin will take care of this for her. Penny mentioned that a good alternative to U Tube is Teacher Tube.

Projector unit bulbs are starting to "burn out" after several years of use. Replacement bulbs cost approximately $500 each.  Penny is looking for the most economical way to address the replacement issue.

In terms of operating efficiency, K, first, and second grade classes should sign in with "es" in the Elementary Lab.  Third grade and above should sign in with their own name and password. Third graders will have their accounts available to them in the near future.

*Adjournment: * 3:10 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Joy Heinlein
