I have a variety of experiences teaching in different educational settings. I started my teaching career teaching in a small school by Traverse City. I taught 7th - 12 grade science. After a year there I took a position at Ionia High School teaching Earth Science and Biology to 9th and 10th grade students. In 2009 I returned to Fulton Schools as an educator (instead of a student). I have taught classes in Middle School and High School. Currently, I teach High School Life Science.
I have been married since 2003 to my beautiful wife Jessica. We have three children; Brooklyn, Landen, and Preston. I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family. I also enjoy the outdoors. Hunting and fishing take up a good portion of my free time. That has become one of the things that my kids and I do together a lot.
