• All freshmen students who enjoy science are invited to a brief meeting to become part of the Division B Science Olympiad Team. The meeting will be held Friday at 2:45 p.m. in Mrs. Heinze’s room - 106.

• Any 10^th – 12^th grade students interested in joining the Science Olympiad Team needs to see Mr. Salogar by the start of Thanksgiving Break.

• Students we need your help to ensure every child in Michigan receives a toy for Christmas. Please bring in one or more $5.00 toys for Toys for Tots. For every toy you bring in you will be entered into a weekly drawing. Three drawings a week will be held until Dec. 16, 2009. Please help us out.

• NHS is sponsoring a Coat Drive this November. If you have a gently used or new coat you could donate, please drop it off to the office.

• NHS is sponsoring a food drive this November. Please bring in non-perishable food items or personal hygiene products. Items can be dropped off to Ms. Ballivian’s classroom.

• The NHS Blood Drive is Friday from 10:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the media center Students need to be 17 or older to donate. The blood drive is open to the public. Please invite your family and friends to help save some ones life.

• The Cheerleading banquet is tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the commons.

• This is a reminder to any students who want to get the H1N1 vaccination. The clinic is this Saturday at Ithaca schools on November 21, 2009. If you did not turn in your paperwork to the office, you can still get the vaccination on Saturday as long as you have your paperwork with you.

• Thanksgiving Break begins Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 10:55 a.m. Third and 4^th Hours will be held. Career Center students need to plan on attending their classes here not at MCC on this day.
