á      Thank you to Coach Walden and the Boys Varsity Basketball team for a great season.

 

á      Congratulations to Sam Spade for qualifying for the Myway State wrestling Finals on March 27, 2010.

 

á      Yearbooks are on sale during lunch until March 26, 2010.. Cost will be $25.00 during this time and $35.00 after the two-week window. So be prepared and order your yearbook early.

 

á      Club Choice orders will be delivered on Thursday. Students need to pick up their orders by the end of the day from Mrs. VolkÕs classroom.

 

á      We have after school tutoring tonight in Mr. Magers and Mrs. Beardens classrooms. Tutoring will be offered to all 7-12 grade students from 3-4 p.m. every night for the remainder of the school year.

 

á      Seniors there are three more scholarships available at this time. The Gratiot County Farm Bureau requires a 2.5 GPA and membership. The deadline is May 30, 2010. Carson Health Network requires you to enter a health related career and have a 2.0 GPA. The third is through ABC/SVC Construction Academy. Please see Ms. Beadlescomb for more information.

 

á      Maple Rapids Baseball and Softball Sign up will be held on March 18th at 6 - 8:00 p.m. at the Maple Rapids Community Center.

 

á      Hunters Safety Classes will be offered on March 24, 25, 26 and 27 at the Maple Rapids Community Center. To sign up for the class please contact Dan Winsor at 682-4344 or Steven Beals at 682-4237.
