FULTON ATHLETIC BOOSTERS MINUTES
The meeting was called to
order at 6:15 p.m. by Chad Podolak
Those in attendance were: Steve Proctor, Amber Proctor, Gail Baltimore, Kelly Trefil, Sarah
Stephens, Chad Podolak, Dee Grover, and Daryl Trefil.
The minutes from May 15, 2006 were
read by Sarah. Motion by Steve,
support by Daryl that the minutes be accepted as read. Motion carried.
The monthly financial report
was read by Sarah. As was the yearly report. Motion by Daryl, support by Dee that the financial
reports be accepted as read.
Motion carried.
Motion by Daryl, support by
Dee that the bills presented for payment in the amount of $72.14 be paid. Motion carried. Invoices included in the motion
amount are Royal Publishing $60.00, and Curtis Grocery $12.14.
The President &
Vice-President terms are ending. Chad had stated he would rather not be
president again and Michelle had stated earlier that she didnŐt wish to be
vice-pres again. Sarah nominated
Daryl for the position of President
– Steve seconded. No
more nominations for President.
Motion by Sarah support by Dee that Daryl be elected to the President position
for a 2 year term (06/07 & 07/08) Motion carried. Steve nominated Chad for the position of
Vice-President – Sarah
seconded. No more nominations for
Vice-President. Motion by Steve
support by Dee that Chad be elected to the Vice-President position for a 2 year
term (06/07 & 07/08) Motion carried
Old Business
The Golf outing set for
Saturday, Aug. 19th at Overbrook Golf course was discussed. We went over the information that the
committee discussed at a meeting held Friday, May 26th at Kelly TrefilŐs house. The pay-off was
again set at $100/$80/$60. This
year it was decided to have coffee, donuts and/or cookies available at check-in
and we have decided to have hotdogs available at one of the par 3 holes. Dee is still checking into getting the
water donated. Sarah will purchase
the 50/50 tickets. We have also
decided to have available 3 lengths of string that can be purchased per each
team before the tee-off @ $10/team for the set of 3 lengths. We are not going to have the silent
auctions this year. BaltimoreŐs
are donating a door prize basket that will be raffled off during the event.
Workers will be at the golf course by 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 19th.
Meet the Team night is set for
Wednesday, Aug. 16th at 6:30 p.m. Sarah is getting the cookies (16 doz) and the Kelly Trefil
the punch (2) The sign up
sheets will be made available that night also for concession and ticket workers
at our fall sporting events. We
will also try to sell some of the Fulton apparel items that night.

Steve will check with Lisa Miller and see if she will
again this year continue to contact people after all the
sign-up is done to make sure that we have concession
workers & ticket takers at all of our events.

be Monday, Sept. 18, 2006 at 7 p.m.
