account. Motion carried.
New Business
John Winkler was in attendance
to ask the Boosters to help fund the purchase of a quarterback machine. The machine is a jugs type machine that
passes the ball to the receivers.
Much discussion was had and also storage issues were talked about. The total cost of the machine is $3,256
through Rogers Athletics. The
Boosters agreed that they help out with the purchase if the football program
could commit to $2,000 (half paid now and half paid in Feb of 2008). The
Boosters will pay the balance. It was also agreed that the football players
will help out in the concession stand at this yearÕs annual track invitational
on April 21st.
Motion by Sarah, support by Steve that the Boosters purchase a
quarterback jugs passing machine from Rogers Athletics in the amount of
$3,256.00 with the understanding
that the football program will be reimbursing the Boosters in the amount of
$2,000 (half now and half in Feb 2008).
Motion carried.
Sarah reported that the
Boosters received $500 from the Fulton Girls BB program to help off-set the
cost of the rebounding machine that was purchased last year. They are still planning to reimburse
another $500.
