The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Daryl Trefil

Those in attendance were: Steve Proctor, Daryl Trefil, Sarah Stephens, Dee Grover, Todd Walden and Kelly Trefil.

The minutes from the April 18, 2005 meeting were discussed by present members. Motion by Todd, supported by Steve that the minutes be accepted as read. Motion carried.

The monthly financial report was discussed by present members. Motion by Steve, supported by Dee that the financial report be approved and the bills presented in the amount of $4,579.46 be paid. Motion carried. Outstanding invoice include: Curtis Grocery $63.97, Sarah Stephens $15.00, Dewey's Trading Post $116.73, Gratiot County Herald $63.00, Maxwell Medals $1,320.76, and Fulton Schools General Fund $3,000.00.

Old Business

The Fulton Track Invitational was cancelled due to bad weather. Steve has already been in contact with the Maxwell Medals in regards to just reordering name plates and stickers for next year.

The Golf fund raiser may still be a possibility. There is going to be a committee getting together in the next week with the Baltimore's

Proctor's Corner

Steve just wanted to inform the Boosters that the golf team may be asking for 20 to 25 Nike mock turtle necks next spring at a cost of $16.00 each. More info to follow in the fall.

The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held August 1st. Meet the team night will be discussed at this meeting and is scheduled for Aug. 17th at 7:00 p.m. Position of the secretary/treasurer, whose term is expiring, will be voted on at this meeting.

Motion by Sarah, support by Steve that the meeting be adjourned at 7:24 p.m. Motion carried.
