FULTON ATHLETIC BOOSTERS MINUTES
The meeting was called to
order at 6:00 p.m. by President Daryl Trefil
Those in attendance were: Steve Proctor, Sarah Stephens, Daryl Trefil, Chad Podolak,
Kelly Trefil, Dee Grover, Cindy Stephens, Lisa Miller, and Todd Walden.
The minutes from October 16th
were read by Sarah. Motion by
Kelly, support by Dee that the minutes be accepted as read. Motion carried.
The monthly financial report
was read by Sarah. Motion by Kelly,
support by Dee that the financial report be accepted as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Kelly, support by
Dee that the bills presented for payment in the amount of $4,252.84 be
paid. Motion carried. Invoices included in the motion amount
are GordonÕs Foods $241.07, DeweyÕs Trading Post $473.16, Sarah Stephens
$130.21, Johnny MacÕs $2,812.40, Lansing Popcorn $281.00, 7UP $270.00 and Royal
Publishing $45.00.

Athletic Banquet is set for
Wednesday, Nov. 29th at 6:30 p.m. Kelly will get the punch and Sarah will get the dinner
rolls. Steve and Sarah will set
things up after school. Sign-up
sheets for the winter sports season will be made available that night.
The Boosters discussed
concerns about getting uniforms and equipment turned in on a timely matter and
then put into storage. Steve is
taking care of this.
Daryl informed the Boosters
that the 5th and 6th grade boyÕs basketball tournament
dates are Saturday, Jan. 20th and Feb. 10th. The boys from the basketball program
will help with this event as in the past and the Boosters will donate half of
the profit from these 2 tournaments to Coach Walden and the boyÕs basketball
program.
Chad donated to the Boosters
a George Forman grill that he picked up at a garage sale.
The next Booster meeting will
be Monday, December 18th at 7 p.m.
