Old Business
Concession/Ticket workers
were again discussed regarding the trouble getting people to volunteer to work
the events. We have closed down a couple of concessions and it did seem to get
some peoples attention. We think things are o.k. through the fall season. We will see how the sign-up goes for
the winter season at the athletic banquet.
Shari Winsor has volunteered
to paint the two Pirates on the football press box. The Boosters are sending her a thank you for the great job
she did.
Options for new banners for
in the high school gym are still being investigated by Steve.
New Business
Discussed the possibility of
a first round home play-off game in football. Steve has his ticket takers and Dee Grover will get people
to work the concession.
Thanks to Kelly, most all of
the apparel from Homemade Treasurers has been sold.
Rich Fuller was present to
introduce his new business venture with SlickShirts out of Lansing. The Boosters will definitely pass his
name around to area individuals who would like to purchase Fulton printed apparel.
ProctorÕs Corner
Steve informed the boosters
that Coach Hyler is running his 5th &6th grade girls
basketball tournament again this year.
He would like to use the booster concessions. Sarah will do an inventory before and after the event and
bill the internal girlÕs basketball account accordingly. Coach Hyler also mentioned that some of
the profit from this tournament will be given back to the boosters to help
cover the cost of the shooting machine that was purchased earlier this year.
The next booster meeting is
scheduled for Monday, November 20th at 7:00 p.m.
